Can the MC pass MIDI Clock messages through from MIDI IN to MIDI OUT?

Yes, for the MC6MKII and MC8, MIDI Clock messages can be passed from MIDI IN to MIDI OUT (both USB MIDI and DIN5 MIDI).

The MC3 only passes MIDI Clock from the USB MIDI port to the MIDI OUT port.
